Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
If your custom order arrives damaged, please send us a picture of th packaging and item(s) and we will replace your item(s).
We don't accept cancelation of orders after they have been processed on the laser.

Shipping is available to the contiguous 48 United States. Orders are shipped out Monday Through Friday.
